Likit Argon Tanks (LAR)

LIQUID ARGON TANKS

Argon is a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas with the symbol Ar. It is present in less than 1% of the Earth's atmosphere. The boiling point of liquid argon is −186.0 °C. Its density in the liquid state (at the boiling point) is 1.40 g/cm³. Liquid Argon is produced in air separation plants that liquefy the air and separate it into oxygen, nitrogen and argon.

The most important chemical feature is that it is inert, which provides comfort and ease of use in fields such as metallurgy. It does not change in the atmosphere after use. For this reason, it is a type of gas generally used in cooling processes. It is widely used in gas-filled electric lamps in industry.

Cryogenic Liquid Argon tanks are needed for the storage and long-term use of Liquid Argon, which is a cryogenic liquid. In order to isolate Liquid Argon from the outside temperature, perlite is filled between the inner tank and the outer container and isolation is provided by vacuum process. For efficient and ergonomic use of Cryogenic Liquid Argon tanks, the insulation process must be done correctly.

When the liquid argon turns into gas through evaporation, the pressure of the inner tank increases. For the safe operation of Cryogenic Liquid Argon Tanks, it is vital that the necessary safety equipment is fully located on the tank and that it initiates the discharge operations correctly at the prescribed pressure levels.

As AS Cryogenic, we are more sensitive about the insulation and safety measures of the cryogenic tanks we produce. In this way, our products are used safely for many years by our customers who prefer us. When our customers prefer us with reasonable prices, they not only gain but also minimize the operating costs during the use of the tank.
